First, you will pre-qualify yourself for enrollment by clicking HERE. Fill out the form fully and click submit.
Second, a representative will contact you to verify your information. The representative will also ask a few health questions to ensure that you are qualified to apply for coverage.* Then, the representative will set an appointment for you to speak with one of our licensed long term care specialists.
Third, you will attend your set appointment with a long term care specialist who will craft a personalized plan to meet your needs. You will then submit your application to the carrier.
Last, if approved,* you will receive your policy in the mail.
*Not everyone who applies is approved to enroll. Certain medical conditions, or combination of conditions, will prevent some people from being approved for coverage. In such cases alternative coverage may be available. Your specialist will assist you.
